After extensive negotiations between the GMA and our partners at Stonewall Bank, we at Lynx Grand Prix Engineering Ltd. are proud to formally announce our entry into the single-seater European Racing Series under the banner of Lynx Motorsport, beginning with the 2016 season and beyond.

“This marks a defining moment for our organization,” stated Thomas Winthrop, who now assumes the role of Chairman. “We are not merely entering a championship, we are laying the foundation for a legacy.”

Operational leadership will fall to Blake Belladonna, stepping into the position of Team Principal. “Our focus is simple,” Belladonna remarked. “Build a competitive team, develop our talent, and challenge expectations from the very first race.”

Our driver lineup features promising rookies André Gomes and Faith Anthony, both embarking on their first full season in top-tier competition. Supporting them will be José Domingo as Reserve Driver, ready to step in when called upon.

Technical excellence will be spearheaded by renowned engineers Mauro Goris and Arja Keisanen, who join as Race Engineers for Gomes and Anthony respectively. Additional key appointments include David Pinvidic as Lead Designer, Martin Lakomey as our Team Representative, and Gianpaolo Handl as Senior Advisor.

“With the right people in place,” Winthrop added, “Lynx Motorsport is poised to become a formidable force in European racing.”
